Wholesale in-stock orders ship in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order items show their own ship estimate on the order acknowledgment.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Peak season (mid-November through December) may add 1–3 business days to processing.

Wholesale shipping rates and method
Wholesale orders ship at actual carrier cost, with free freight on orders of $2,500+ to the contiguous U.S.
- Minimums: opening order $300, reorders $150.
- Routing guides: we follow retailer routing guides and EDI/label requirements when supplied with the PO; chargebacks from missing instructions are the buyer's responsibility.
- International: Canada available on request, quoted with duties paid by buyer. Other countries quoted case by case; factory-direct orders can ship from origin.

Returns, damage and cancellation
Wholesale sales are final except for damage, defects and shipping errors reported within the windows below; any other return needs written authorization and carries a 20% restocking fee.

Credits are applied to the account's next invoice unless a refund is requested. Remedies are limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods.
Pre-order terms
Wholesale pre-orders take a 30% deposit. Under the FTC Mail Order Rule, if a pre-order can't ship by its stated date we must notify the buyer before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. In-stock core items are never sold as pre-orders.

Sample policy
Wholesale buyers can request samples at 50% of wholesale price plus shipping, credited in full toward an opening order of $500+ placed within 90 days.

Samples are non-returnable. Limit 5 stock samples per buyer per season.
